On Govan Road. Designed by Sir R Rowand Anderson in 1892, built 1902-5. It was given to Govan by the widow of Sir William Pearce, owner of Fairfield shipyard and MP for Govan. It is Category A listed http://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB33352.
