Building on the corner of Commercial Square, built for the garden supplies business Franklin Barnes (hence the sunflower sculpture in the central niche). Designed by Cecil Corey, it was built around 1965, with the sculpture by Trevor Worton. It is now used by Wye Valley NHS Trust as a recruitment centre.
