Particularly shambolic wooden stile over wall junction

I'd already deduced by looking for traces of the route on aerial photos that this particular public right of way saw very little traffic and indeed, there's no evidence of wear and tear on the path when visited in person. No doubt this is taken to excuse the absolute lack of maintenance on this stile which appears sufficiently rotten and decrepit that it must have been in a failing condition for years. The wall underneath is now suffering quite badly too, and it's quite hard to get across without using the loose stones as "footholds". The dog had even more difficulty than me and with any amount of traffic the wall seen on the left is going to collapse, the repair of which will undoubtedly be more time, trouble and expense than a timely replacement of the stile would have cost.
