In March 2022 this milestone on Corstorphine Road at Beechwood Mains was repaired at the top front edge which was missing. The new stone is pretty pale at the moment but will weather as time goes by. The W at the end of Glasgow on the left face has been cut to match the rest of the engraved legends.
