If not an active chapel now, it certainly was until very recently. A recent estate agent brochure for the chapel seems to indicate that it has indeed closed now. The building seems to be still in good condition and still retains its original fixings, including a substantial pipe organ, but the building will likely follow the usual route of conversion to an exclusive residential property.
