The Cowans Sheldon breakdown crane has extracted the old signal post and is now trundling itself back to Bewdley Station yard to offload it. It will return on 23/03/2022 to insert the replacement signal post. This is a difficult location photographically but all that is available. The crane was built as works No. 60 of 1960 and has a 30 ton maximum lift. It can be both self-propelled (slowly) and towed at up to 60 mph.
