The lead locomotive is Harrogate, a Peckett & Sons 0-6-0ST No. 2050 of 1944. This large 2' gauge locomotive was used at Harrogate Gas Works until 1956 and then spent time preserved at the Ffestiniog Railway and the Bredgar & Wormshill Light Railway until being acquired by Statfold. Trailing is Saccharine, an 0-4-2T by John Fowler of Leeds, No. 13355 of 1912. This worked on a sugar plantation in South Africa.
