Redevelopment at 123-127 Hagley Road

The mid-20th century group of large blocks (about four storeys) at 123-127 Hagley Road was demolished in 2020 or early 2021. Redevelopment of the site is underway. Berkeley House at no. 119 (with the bay windows) is a listed building and dates from the 18th century. It is now offices.
