A view from the London Road roundabout at Wendover towards the south. Construction works are in hand for the HS2 viaduct which will span the road and existing railway at this point. All the trees on the left have been felled, and the viaduct is due to pass over the A413 at the point where the southbound car is in the middle of the picture. The site is well guarded as environmental protesters have been camping in the woods and attempting to disrupt work.
