Viewed from Cliff Road, planning permission has been approved, with conditions, by Folkestone and Hythe District Council under application number Y18/1305/FH for the “erection of a residential development comprising of 14 residential units, associated undercroft parking, landscaping and ground works following demolition of the existing building”. This was Image during its demolition. Note the state of Cliff Road; not a surface for fast driving.
