Planning permission has been granted by Dover District Council under application number DOV/20/01237 for the “erection of a four storey building incorporating 40 flats with new vehicle access, parking and landscaping (existing buildings to be demolished)”. The building was formerly occupied by Graham Plumbers Merchants.
