The newest part of Parc Stormy seen in this image is probably the wind turbine to the left. One of the websites which provide information about wind farms around the country gives a ‘Construction Date’ of 1/11/2019 for this 2.5 MW turbine - http://www.renewables-map.co.uk/deccpop.asp?deccrefid=6013. Maybe this is the date when it was erected.
