One of East Lothian Council's hopelessly impractical recycling bins is wandering down a residential cul de sac in Musselburgh. Trying to keep hold of these bins (several types are required) is extremely difficult in a windy climate and I am not the only one who has given up on them. Big skips in car parks tend to stay put and that's where my stuff goes.
