The main building of those remaining on the site, long disused for its original purpose and instead now serving minor storage and residential functions. It is hoped that a full regeneration of the site is forthcoming. The scaffolding is not related to construction; it is a disused platform for advertisement displays, first erected in about 2003. Taken on an authorised site visit.
