Planning permission has been approved, with conditions, by Folkestone and Hythe District Council under application number 21/1507/FH for the “erection of a five storey building with roof terraces and mixed use development comprising 9 self-contained flats with flexible commercial space at ground floor level”. The five storey building would be erected to the north of the premises – where the current car parking area is located.
