This pub has changed hands a few times in recent years, after a period of time when it was closed it has reopened and reverted to its traditional name, The Yorkshire Grey Image, after a period when was called The Elgar Inn Image Traditionally, the building has been white, I don't understand why the owners have painted it green, and the signage as well. Green is the colour of camouflage, the pub is set back a little from the passing A38 and being green it doesn't exactly catch the eye. But what do I know!
