The chimney, the site walls together with what I presume is the adjoining boiler house are all that's left of the mill, as far as I can see. The Gibson and Hendry steam powered sawmill at Woodburn was, as best I can tell, in operation between the 1850's and the 1880s Certainly, by 1893, it was closed. Today the area seems to a parking place for small water craft, hence the masts.
