Another shot of Bexhill's sea front clock tower which was intended to mark the coronation of King Edward 7th in 1902. Unfortunately, especially for a clock, it was a bit late and wasn't completed until 1904. After a start like that, I guess it can afford to be a bit casual and is now painted up in bright colours as befits a seaside location, rather than the stony self importance of many other such monuments.
