The caravan and vehicles are unexplained. Perhaps there had been an organised event; perhaps an occupation by travellers. Shrublands is the name of the house, long gone, whose grounds this was once part of. I believe the Wise family moved there from the Manor House after the arrival of the GWR around 1850.
