The milestone is located outside Church Farm bungalow, in the ditch between grass verge and hedge, on the west side of the unclassified road. Parish of Stock and Bradley (Wychavon District). Metal plate (lost and replaced) attached to stone post. Re-plated Worcester stone design, erected by the Worcester turnpike trust in the 19th century. Re-plated by members of The Milestone Society in 2008. Inscription reads:- TO / WORCESTER / CROSS / 11 / MILES Milestone Society National ID: WO_WOFK11
