Although much of the frontage of this pair of cottages is a bit of a 19th century facade, it's the cruck frame in the gable elevation that gives the game away. This end of the building dates from probably the 15th century, there being two further crucks internally, one of which has been dendro-dated to approx 1415. It is described in its 1974 Grade II listing https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101294366-nos-5-and-6-queen-street-much-wenlock#.YflxZurP3IU & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1294366 as "certainly the oldest timber-framed building in the town" although research suggests that timbers in the original core of Image may be almost 100 years older still.
