The western end of King's Esplanade at the end of St Aubyns South. On the corner are St Aubyns Mansions, built c.1900 by developer Lainson & Sons, originally intended as part of a much larger development, St Aubyns Square, which never materialised. Blue plaques on the front refer to two past residents, the singer Dame Clara Butt and the entertainer Vesta Tilly.
