This pub "in the middle of no-where" enjoys very complimentary on-line reviews. Certainly there appears to be plenty of people here at lunchtime on a fine January day. The Lion o' Morfe became a country pub in the 1850s. Morfe is from the Welsh name meaning marsh. It is sometimes called The Red Lion o' Morfe. April 2007: Image]
