This 3 storey tenement and attic was designed with a fire station on the ground floor. The architect was James Miller of Glasgow, and it was completed in 1902. It was part of the group of buildings including the Municipal Buildings and police office across the road. It is category B listed http://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB22989.
