PPP is a measure to ensure paths stay used and open, through promoting their benefits. Surely a valuable lesson against the backdrop of a national virus pandemic, lockdowns, furlough schemes, lifestyle re-evaluations, mental health benefits of outdoor exercise, community spirit and social cohesion etc.
