Originally the late 18th century town residence of the local architect Edward Banks, with a fine view out over the valley, it's now a retirement home, and was Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101282481-woodfields-tettenhall-wightwick-ward#.Yefm2f7P3IU & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1282481 in 1992.
