Wire suspended in the air on PVC tubes... No, I have not a clue as to what it is for. This disused strip of land may be converted to an access track for a nearby farm, which is planning a substantial development of some sort. Taken on Measham Road, just outside Packington's official boundary (i.e. the "Packington - Welcomes Careful Drivers" road sign).
