There is a Girl Guide and Scout hut here too. The prominent signage here is not aimed at youths, vandals, graffiti artists, anti-social behaviour, public drunkeness, fly-tipping or littering, but is aimed at those outlaws that no law or legislation seems to touch, threaten or curb; irresponsible dog owners. This group of miscreants ignore common sense, common decency, community spirit, health concerns and every measure of sanity, humanity and normality as they allow their dogs to foul public parks, public footpaths, pavements, driveways, paths, children's play areas, sports pitches and flower beds. Their criminality is so craven, corrupt and corrosive that it, as here, often requires double signage and the stating of the blatantly obvious.
