Old Milestone, Plough Road, South of Tibberton

The milestone is located on the east side of the road, near Ravenshill Farm, by the junction with Old Turnpike Road, the route of the Worcester Trust Turnpike to Bradley Green. Parish of Tibberton (Worcester District). Stone post (plate lost and replaced), Re-plated Worcester stone design, originally erected by the Worcester turnpike trust in the 19th century. Both the backing stone and the mile-plate were replaced by members of The Milestone Society in 2008. Inscription reads:- TO WORCESTER CROSS 4 MILES Milestone Society National ID: WO_WOFK04R
