The main structure of this house is 18th century, probably 1743, but the facade dates to around 1850 when it was likely converted to retail premises. The current shop frontage is later than that, and the whole building was Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101270658-14-pride-hill-shrewsbury#.YePzTf7P3IU & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1270658 in 1972.
