By J.R.H. MacDonald (John Macdonald Contractors Ltd) in the International style and dates from 1933. It is regarded as the most interesting individual design and also the best preserved of several similar houses built at the same time here and is Category B listed http://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB22142.
