The milestone is located opposite the Worcester Royal Hospital, on the north side of the road. Parish of Warndon (Worcester District). Metal plate attached to stone post, re-plated Worcester stone design, on the route of the 19th Century Worcester Trust Turnpike to Bradley Green. Both the backing stone (now limestone) and the mile-plate were replaced by members of The Milestone Society in 2008. Inscription reads:- TO / WORCESTER / CROSS / 2 / MILES Milestone Society National ID: WO_WOFK02R
