To be known as Riverain Lodge, a new retirement housing complex on the site of a former saw mill. See Image for a view from the other side. These were not the only retirement apartments being built in Taunton in 2021, see Image The town has recently featured as having some of the fastest rising house prices in the country as it is seen as a desirable place to live (perhaps especially to retire to).
