A vibrant presence in the city centre, pulsating in its redness. By William Watkins, 1895. Grade II listed. It looked empty at the time, and in 2021 is possibly still awaiting a new use (at June 2020 it was on sale for £1.2 million). Signs of decay were evident in 2015.
