Another recent addition to the seating at Kilmardinny Loch. This one reflects local freshwater wildlife, with otters, grey heron, frog, pike, trout, dragonflies, mayfly, water lilies and with some butterflies added for good measure. The bench was created by chainsaw wood sculptor Iain Chalmers of Chainsaw Creations. The loch and surrounding area are designated as a Local Nature Reserve by East Dunbartonshire Council.
