The milestone is located on the wide bank beside trees on the south side of the road. Parish of Bathford (Bath and North East Somerset District). Metal plate attached to stone post, Bath incised iron plate Erected by the Bath turnpike trust in the 19th century. The replacement plate was fitted by Bath and North East Somerset council in 2007.
