Former warehouse built "around 1857, by William Culshaw for Stuart & Douglas, ship owners, coopers and merchants", according to the listing. The painted sign of a later occupier survives, reading "Queen's Stores Company / Turbine Bags / Ships Chandlers / Sailmakers". Grade II listed. Although not in tip-top condition, it was possibly still being used at the time.
