The clock tower on West Street dates from 1892 (some 22 years later than the town hall itself Image). It appears no longer to be working (at least, neither of the dials seen here was telling the correct time). It is grade II listed (list entry 1277624). The listing says it is a reproduction of the clock at Victoria Station, London. If so, it is differently adorned, compare Image for the London version and Image for this one on a sunnier day.
