This new sign over the door of the pub on Bull Close Road, north of Norwich city centre, depicts a leopard in a tree evidently enjoying a pint of beer. The pub was previously owned by Bateman's but sold and completely refurbished in 2014. It was named the Campaign for Real Ale's Norwich & Norfolk Pub of the Year in April 2019 - a creditable achievement given the strength of competition in this area.
