A kissing gate with way markers. The notice refers to dog fouling issues that have been experienced in and around Astley and advises careless dog walkers that dog muck contains many diseases such as toxicarius, roundworms, salmonella and e-coli. There were additional notices from Shropshire Council in the village. Dog walkers who do not clean up after their dogs are by far the worst vandals and anti-social hooligans I can think of. Every day they be-foul public paths, parks, farmers fields, paddocks and roadsides, verges, beauty spots and historic sites. Laws exist to protect us all - they must be enforced. The dog walkers who bag it and hang it on hedges and trees are the worst! These deranged sociopaths need urgent help!
