Sprinter unit 156427 departs at 13.06 on a Preston to Blackpool South service. The single-platform railway station offers connection (via a 5 minute walk) to the tram terminus. The road over the bridge here (Squires Gate Lane) is the southern boundary of Blackpool borough; the station itself is in Fylde district. Image shows the station seen from the bridge.
