Bury Lane, Doynton: the road which leads southwards to Wick and the A420. The bench on the left commemorates the 100th birthday of one Alec Amos 'from his friends'. Maybe there is something special in the water at Doynton; a memorial in the church records another recent resident reaching the age of 108 or 109!
