Cheltenham's tallest building was erected in 1968 to the designs of Stone, Toms & Partners. The plan is hexagonal. It is crowned by a pierced parapet - conceivably a concession to its surrounding Classical buildings, but probably not. It's original occupant, Eagle Star, has long gone and it now provides serviced office space for anyone who wants a good view of Cheltenham.
