Student accommodation on Raglan Street, completed in 2017. The name reflects the cycle industry heritage of the area, with the 1889 25 inch map showing a "Raglan Mills" (disused) on the site. This appears to have briefly been the final home of the Zephyr Bicycle and Tricycle Company, which operated from a "Raglan Street Mills" from 1888-9. Prior to the current building, the site was occupied by a car dealership.
