Bridge No. 2 on the Ashendon to Aynho Chiltern main line at the site of the old Dorton Station has been rebuilt recently with a new concrete deck, replacing the original steel one, installed in 1910. The parapets on the roadside are now 2m high, unlike the old ones. Photographers of trains now need to carry a pair of steps with them to get shots at locations like this!
