House on Coastal Road in the West Kingston Estate, viewed from The Greensward. The building is a rare example of a Sunspan house, a pre-fabricated design by architect and engineer Wells Coates in conjunction with David Pleydell-Bouverie, of which only around 15 were built in UK. Completed in 1936, it is grade II listed - see www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1419211.
