This building was commissioned by Leonard Dobbin, Mayor of Armagh, designed by Francis Johnson and completed in 1812. It was originally the Bank of Ireland and is said to be built on the site of St Patrick's first church in the City (Teampail na Ferta) and is the burial place of his sister Lupita.
