The A737 Dalry Bypass crosses the Ayr Line railway and the River Garnock by means of this new 256m long viaduct. The main steel decking was constructed on the west side approach and pushed into place to rest in the pre-installed concrete pillars over two separate phases, which was no mean feat when considering the length and curvature of the structure.
