Land bounded by Finkle Street, Blanket Row, Castle Street and Queen Street has been redeveloped by the construction of two- and three-storey dwellings by Beal Homes. Depicted are dwellings at plots 88 to 93 fronting Blanket Row between Finkle street and Queen Street. At left, the tall column, with two representations of coils of rope, may well celebrate the city's maritime history and/or rope-making.
