Number 5 to 7 Oak Lane are Category C Listed. The house was part of the farm buildings at Clermiston Mains Farm. It dates from the 18th century, but the ogeen stair tower is a later addition, possibly by Sir Robert Lorimer. See http://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB44753 for more informstion.
